Experience: 1-3 years in telesales / inside sales / telecalling
Qualification: Any Graduate
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate sales leads.
- Explain our fire alarm system products and services to customers.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into sales.
- Maintain regular communication with existing and potential customers.
- Achieve monthly sales and lead-generation targets.
- Maintain records of calls, follow-ups and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with the sales/technical team for customer enquiries and quotations.
- Develop and maintain good customer relationships.
Requirements:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Confident and positive attitude.
- Strong selling and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Target-oriented and motivated to achieve sales.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
- Fire alarm or technical product experience is not mandatory. Training will be provided.
Someone who is confident on calls, can convince customers, handles objections well and has a solid desire to achieve sales targets.
