Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through online and offline channels.
- Promote company services including Website Design & Development, SEO, Social Media Marketing, PPC, Branding, and Digital Marketing Solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Schedule meetings and presentations with prospective clients.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and service presentations.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand client requirements and deliver suitable solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Maintain records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities using CRM tools or reports.
- Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, networking events, and promotional activities when required.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and business development targets.
