Senior Fashion & Textile Product Development & Sourcing Manager

Location: Delhi NCR / Ahmedabad

Mode: Hybrid

We are building a fashion product development and sourcing studio serving Global ethnic wear, Soth asia-inspired fashion, festive,party and bridal wear, western wear and private label brands across India and the Middle East.

We are looking for a highly experienced professional who can independently lead the complete journey from inspiration to finished garment.

Key Responsibilities
- Convert inspiration images and market references into production-ready products.
- Source fabrics, trims, laces, embellishments and accessories.
- Develop embroidery concepts and coordinate with embroidery vendors and artisans.
- Manage sampling, pattern development and garment construction.
- Build and manage vendor networks across Delhi, Jaipur, Surat, Ahmedabad and other manufacturing hubs.
- Coordinate production with factories and workshops.
- Create costing sheets and production plans.




- Conduct quality checks and ensure timely deliveries.
- Support collection planning and product development for multiple brands.

Requirements:
- 3-10 years of experience in apparel sourcing, merchandising, product development or garment production.
- Strong knowledge of fabrics, embroidery techniques and garment construction.
- Existing vendor relationships across India's fashion manufacturing ecosystem.
- Experience in ethnic wear, women's fashion, modest fashion or private label manufacturing.
- Solid commercial, sourcing and negotiation skills.
