What you will do:
- Manage existing direct sales and distributor accounts, including monthly forecasting, order follow-up, sales target achievement and collection tracking.
- Conduct regular customer visits,



including monthly visits to direct global customers and quarterly joint visits with distributors to key customers; prepare and share visit reports.- Provide ground support for Beauty & Home samples, technical documentation, customer requirements and product qualification, in coordination with Regulatory, Quality, Technical and Production teams.- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, pricing movements, import data and customer insights to support product positioning, pricing strategy and commercial planning.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Customer Service, Finance and distributors to ensure timely dispatches, payment follow-up, pricing updates and smooth order-to-cash execution.
- Resolve customer complaints by coordinating technical support, root cause analysis, corrective actions and preventive measures to avoid recurrence.

What you will bring:
- Degree in Pharmacy or a relevant technical/commercial field, with experience in the excipient or pharmaceutical ingredient industry preferred.
- 6-8 years of sales experience in excipients, API, intermediates
