We are not looking for someone who simply knows how to cut and join clips. We are looking for a video-editing magician — someone who understands storytelling, pacing, music, emotions, transitions, sound design, colour, and visual composition, and knows how to make a video impossible to scroll past.

Key Responsibilities
- Edit high-quality cinematic videos, advertisements, brand films, reels, social media videos, corporate films, podcasts, testimonials, and promotional content.
- Transform raw footage into engaging and emotionally compelling stories.
- Understand the objective of every video and edit according to the target audience and platform.
- Create strong storytelling through pacing, sequencing, music, sound effects, transitions, and visual effects.
- Edit short-form content such as Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media advertisements.
- Edit long-form content including podcasts, interviews, corporate videos, and documentaries.




- Create high-impact advertising videos designed to capture attention and drive action.
- Edit testimonial videos that feel authentic, emotional, and engaging.
- Work with directors, content writers, designers, photographers, and marketing teams to bring creative concepts to life.
- Select the best footage and create compelling sequences from large amounts of raw material.
- Perform qualified colour correction and colour grading.
- Add appropriate sound design, background music, voice-over, subtitles, motion graphics, and visual effects.
- Create different versions and aspect ratios of videos for various digital platforms.
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and visual identity.
- Stay updated with the latest editing trends, creative formats, transitions, effects, and social media trends.
