About the Role

Key ResponsibilitiesTravel Sales & Client Management
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings through effective sales and follow-up.
- Design customized domestic and international holiday packages based on client requirements.
- Prepare qualified quotations, travel itineraries, and package proposals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Travel Operations & Coordination
- Manage hotel, flight, visa, transfer, sightseeing, cruise, and travel insurance bookings.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, DMCs, transport providers, and other travel partners.
- Ensure smooth execution of travel arrangements from booking to completion.
- Assist clients with travel documentation, visa requirements, and pre-departure guidance.
- Handle customer concerns and operational issues efficiently.
- Maintain booking records,



operational reports, and client databases.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Travel Sales & Operations.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship management skills.
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.
- Ability to create attractive travel itineraries and competitive quotations.
- Knowledge of travel portals, supplier management, and GDS systems will be an added advantage.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in handling FITs, group tours, honeymoon packages, family vacations, and customized holidays.
- Knowledge of visa processes, documentation, and international travel requirements.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
