Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- MIS reporting and commentary on monthly/quarterly performance of international subsidiaries:
- Powerol, Group companies MIS.
- Various reporting for MAMJP, Powerol
- Value Creation:
- Margin improvement for Powerol.
- Driving SSU cost saving
- Working on opportunity in FD/SD financials, incl. FD & SD benchamarking
- Strategic choices for domestic companies
- Budgeting/Rolling Forecast/War Rooms:
- Provide business support for War Rooms (OWR/BWR/SWR) and forcast for MAMJP, Powerol along with FES and global subusidiaries
- Hyperion for MAMJP Budget
- Domestic MIS & Global subsidiaries, preparations of President's review:
- FLC,MPP, MBLC, Monthly Commodity update communication, Board back ups
- Financial Benchmarking:
- Competitors positioning, analysing their core strenths & financial analysis including Escorts
