About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Customer Calling Executive to





handle inbound and outbound calls related to product inquiries, sales, lead conversion,

skills in Hindi and English and have a strong sales mindset with the ability to provide an

outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls efficiently, addressing product inquiries and

customer needs.
- Clearly explain product features and benefits to potential customers to drive

conversions.
- Follow up on leads, nurture prospects, and convert them into successful sales.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups in the

CRM system.
- Resolve customer queries and concerns with professionalism, ensuring a high

level of satisfaction.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and improve

customer engagement.
- Focus on building long-term customer relationships to support customer

retention and loyalty.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly call
