Junior Advocate will be responsible for attending the matters and reporting it to the Seniors. As the Firm has various matters pending before the Labour Court at Thane, Bandra, District Court at Belapur, Bombay High court, the Junior Advocate will have to visit these Courts whenever required and attend the Court matters.
The job of Junior Advocate also includes drafting the Applications, Writ Petitions, Written Statements, Replies, Affidavits, etc. regarding the Court matters.
