Telecaller / Career Counsellor - Admissions & Application SupportJob Summary

We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and student-friendly Telecaller / Career Counsellor - Admission Application Executive to join our team in Bhandara.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
- Receive and handle inbound admission enquiries professionally.
- Guide students regarding Engineering, MBBS, BDS, Nursing, Pharmacy, Polytechnic/Diploma, B.Sc., M.Sc., MBA, MCA, and other professional courses.
- Explain colleges, courses, eligibility criteria, admission procedures, entrance exams, counselling processes, and career opportunities.
- Guide students and parents regarding required documents and admission formalities.
- Schedule counselling appointments and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.

Requirements:
- 1-5 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, education counselling, admissions, or a related field.




- Freshers with excellent communication skills and confidence may also be considered.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and Marathi.
- Basic English communication is an advantage.
- Ability to work with online admission and counselling portals.
- Solid interpersonal, convincing, and counselling skills.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in an education consultancy, admission consultancy, coaching institute, college admission office, or counselling centre.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Knowledge of engineering and medical admission procedures will be an advantage.
