Key Responsibilities:
- Develop AI-powered agents and workflows using OpenAI, Claude, or similar LLMs.
- Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Design workflow logic, routing, and automated processes.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and document automation solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver scalable automation projects.
Qualifications:
- Experience building AI workflows using OpenAI, Claude, or comparable AI tools.
- Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and workflow automation.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Portfolio of automation projects is preferred.
