Job Description: ServiceNow TNI Architect
Experience
10+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture, development and telecom modules
Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Define end-to-end ServiceNow architecture for telecom/network inventory (TNI)
- Design scalable solutions using CMDB & CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping, and TSOM/TNI
- Lead implementation of ITSM, ITOM, and telecom modules
- Model telecom/network services (L1/L2/L3, circuits, devices)
- Architect integrations with NMS, EMS, OSS/BSS systems
- Ensure CMDB data quality, governance, and reconciliation
- Mentor teams and drive best practices
- Optimize platform performance and scalability
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, CMDB
- Experience with ServiceNow TNI, Service Mapping, Discovery
- Knowledge of network infrastructure and telecom lifecycle
- Integration expertise (REST, SOAP, MID Server)
- JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer
- Data modeling & CSDM
Certifications
- ServiceNow CSA
- CIS - Minimum 2 CIS certification
- Telecom certifications (Positive to have)
- CTA (preferred)
