About the Role

We are looking for a creative and experienced Content Writer with expertise in Video Production Scripts and Cinematography to join our team.

This is a full-time, in office position based in Mohali, Punjab.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts, storylines, and scripts for real estate videos and marketing campaigns.
- Write scripts for property walkthroughs, project launch videos, promotional videos, brand films, advertisements, social media videos, and other video content.
- Create detailed video scripts with scene descriptions, dialogues, voiceovers, shot suggestions, visual references, and production directions.
- Translate marketing objectives and client briefs into compelling video concepts and narratives.
- Develop storyboards, shot lists, and visual treatment plans to support video production.
- Collaborate with video editors, motion graphics designers, videographers, marketers, and other creative team members.
- Research real estate projects, locations, target audiences, and market trends to develop relevant and engaging content.




- Adapt writing style and storytelling approach according to different brands, audiences, platforms, and campaign objectives.
- Write scripts for both long-form and short-form video content, including Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, and digital advertisements.
- Review and refine scripts based on creative feedback, client requirements, and production needs.
- Search for suitable stock footage and visual references based on the script, mood, storytelling requirements, and brand guidelines, and share them with video editors and other creative team members.
- Collaborate with editors by providing clear references for visual style, camera angles, transitions, scene composition, pacing, and overall creative direction.
- Stay updated with trends in video content, cinematography, storytelling, social media, and AI-assisted content creation.
