About the Role

Pitambra Film & Production LLP is looking for an enthusiastic, confident, and communication-oriented Telecaller Executive to join our team.

Telecalling roles commonly involve outbound lead generation, explaining services, follow-ups, maintaining call records, and supporting sales conversion.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients, businesses, brands, artists, production houses, and other prospects.
- Introduce Pitambra Film & Production LLP and explain our services professionally.
- Generate and qualify new sales/business leads through telephone calls.
- Understand client requirements and identify potential business opportunities.
- Follow up regularly with interested prospects through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.




- Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales/business development team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and client responses.
- Update lead/customer information in CRM, Excel, or company databases.
- Coordinate with the internal production, marketing, and sales teams regarding prospective clients.
- Handle basic customer queries and provide accurate information about company services.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Prepare daily/weekly calling and follow-up reports.
- Maintain professional communication and proper telephone etiquette.
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Hindi and English communication preferred; Gujarati will be an added advantage.
