Job Title: Healthcare Recruiter

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Source qualified healthcare professionals using job boards, databases, social media, and other recruiting channels.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of Registered Nurses (RN), Allied Health professionals, Therapists, and other healthcare personnel.
- Ensure all required documents, licenses, certifications, and compliance requirements are collected and verified.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets, including submissions, interviews, placements, and starts.
- Stay updated on industry trends, licensing requirements, and healthcare staffing best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth recruitment and onboarding process.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.




- 1-3 years of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment (preferred).
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in recruitment may also apply.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong sourcing and screening abilities.
- Experience working with ATS and job boards such as Indeed, Vivian, LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, Monster, and JobDiva is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Solid organizational, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work US Night Shifts from the Hyderabad office.

Pay: ₹10,104.94 - ₹42,422.62 per month
