About the role:
Your responsibilities:
- Lead the development of a best-in-class controls environment and testing approach, supporting the Internal Controls Director in building a strong control function and advising operations on control effectiveness.
- Support the GBS Finance & Controllership function by enacting, testing and reporting on standard process controls.
- Input into elements of internal improvements such as process or standardisation activities and internal control activities.
- Be an effective business partner within the GBS, IBM to implement and maintain a set of effective and efficient Internal Controls throughout the operations and services provided.
