Role summary

Key responsibilities
- Strategy & targets: Define and own BD strategy, annual revenue targets, sales funnel metrics, and go-to-market plans for office interior projects.
- Team leadership & hiring: Build, manage and mentor the BD team (BD managers, presales, proposal managers), set KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and ensure talent development.
- Process & systems: Design, implement and continuously improve sales processes (lead qualification, RFP/RFI response, pricing governance, contract handoffs), ensure CRM adoption and data hygiene,



and define SOPs for cross-functional collaboration with design, delivery and procurement.
- Pipeline management: Own end-to-end pipeline — lead generation, client meetings, concept proposals, commercial negotiations, and deal closure. Maintain accurate forecast and conversion analytics.
- Client relationships: Develop and maintain C-level and stakeholder relationships across enterprises, developers, co-working operators and corporate real estate teams.
- Proposal & commercial structuring: Lead commercial modelling, pricing strategy, margin protection, risk identification and negotiation of commercial and contractual terms.
- Marketing & partnerships: Work with marketing to translate value propositions into targeted campaigns, represent Serein at industry events, and build vendor/consultant partnerships to expand reach.
