Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Digital Marketing Executive/ Team Leadwho can manage the complete digital marketing operations of the company.

Responsibilities
- Manage designers, video editors, content writers, developers, SEO and advertising teams.
- Assign tasks and ensure timely completion of work.
- Track team productivity, quality and performance.
- Handle multiple clients and understand their business requirements.
- Conduct client meetings, follow-ups, presentations and approvals.
- Manage client feedback, revisions and concerns professionally.
- Plan monthly digital marketing strategies and content calendars.
- Review social media creatives, captions, reels and posting schedules.
- Supervise Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube activities.
- Handle and monitor Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Track leads, conversions, campaign budgets, CPL and ROI.
- Coordinate website design and development projects.
- Ensure website quality, mobile responsiveness, basic SEO and timely delivery.




- Monitor SEO and Google Business Profile activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Manage multiple projects and ensure timely client delivery.
- Maintain proper coordination between clients and internal teams.
- Take complete ownership of digital marketing activities.
- Minimum 3-5 years of digital marketing experience.
- Experience in team management and client handling.
- Good knowledge of social media marketing and content strategy.
- Understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO and Google Business Profile.
- Basic knowledge of website design and development.
- Solid communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
- Knowledge of Google Sheets, MS Office and reporting tools.
- Responsible, organised, proactive and result-oriented.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
