Business Development Executive - School & Institutional Sales

THOWL Games is looking for an energetic Business Development Executive to introduce our BIS-certified educational games to schools and educational institutions.

What You’ll Do
- Connect with schools, principals, academic heads and management
- Fix appointments and conduct product demonstrations
- Visit schools across Delhi NCR
- Understand school requirements and recommend suitable THOWL games
- Prepare and follow up on proposals and quotations
- Build long-term relationships with schools
- Maintain a structured database and sales pipeline
- Follow up consistently until order closure and payment
- Identify opportunities with school groups, activity centres and institutions

Who We’re Looking For
- 0-5 years of experience preferred
- Experience in school sales, educational publishing, EdTech, school supplies, educational toys, labs or institutional sales will be an advantage




- Strong Hindi and English communication
- Confident in meeting principals and school management
- Positive presentation and negotiation skills
- Self-driven and comfortable with field visits
- Existing school contacts will be an advantage
- Two-wheeler preferred

Compensation

Fixed salary + travel reimbursement + performance-based sales incentives

Compensation will depend on experience and suitability.
