Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and providing necessary training and orientation.
- Performance Management: Assist in developing and implementing performance management systems, including setting objectives, conducting evaluations, and facilitating feedback sessions.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive workplace culture by addressing employee concerns, conducting investigations, and resolving conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
- Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs to enhance skills and career growth.
- HR Analytics: Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports for management to drive data-driven decision-making and improve HR processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in human resources or related field.
- Solid knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and employment regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
