JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and manage the Purchase & Procurement function for multiple real estate projects, ensuring timely availability of materials and services in line with project schedules and budgets.
- Formulate and execute procurement strategies for civil, finishing, MEP materials, and services, focusing on cost optimization, quality assurance, and reliable supply chain partnerships.
- Oversee sourcing, costing, vendor development, negotiations, and finalization of purchase orders, rate contracts, and service agreements.
- Review and approve project-wise procurement plans, ensuring compliance with approved budgets, timelines, safety norms, statutory requirements, and internal procurement policies.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Design, QS, and Project teams to review drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications and finalize material and service requirements.
- Manage end-to-end tendering and contracting processes,



including vendor prequalification, technical and commercial bid evaluation, rate analysis, negotiations, and appointment of contractors and subcontractors.
- Monitor execution of procurement and contracting activities to ensure adherence to quality standards, cost controls, delivery schedules, and contractual obligations.
- Ensure accurate certification of vendor bills, effective cash flow planning, and timely payments to vendors while maintaining strong qualified relationships.
- Establish procurement controls, MIS, reporting systems, and approval frameworks to support transparency and informed decision-making by senior management.
