Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and acquire new clients in the US IT staffing market
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, procurement teams, and decision-makers
- Negotiate contracts, rates, and terms with clients
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to account management
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and client acquisition targets

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1-5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management in US IT staffing




- Strong understanding of US staffing processes and recruitment lifecycle
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience with lead generation tools and CRM platforms
- Ability to build long-term client relationships
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with direct clients, MSPs, or implementation partners
- Knowledge of US work authorization types
- Familiarity with staffing industry trends and market dynamics
