We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive with at least 1 year of hands-on Upwork experience. You will focus on lead follow-ups, pipeline management, and client communication on Upwork for our website and mobile app development services. Bidding is not part of this role.

Must-Have Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of active Upwork experience — non-negotiable
- Hands-on with Upwork lead management, client communication, and follow-ups:
- Basic understanding of website development services (WordPress, custom web development)
- Basic understanding of mobile app development services (iOS, Android, Flutter or similar)
- Robust written English for client-facing communication
- Comfortable managing daily follow-ups and submitting structured reports

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and follow up with active leads and prospects on Upwork
- Maintain ongoing client conversations and ensure timely responses
- Track lead status — active, passive, hold, and closed deals
- Coordinate with internal team to understand project scope and pitch accordingly
- Submit structured end-of-day reports on follow-ups sent, responses received, and deal status
