Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive the sales and business development of our Hardware & Veneers brand across the Chandigarh Tricity region.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development plans to achieve sales targets across Chandigarh Tricity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, builders, dealers, and project consultants.
- Regularly visit architectural and interior-design firms to introduce and promote the company's Hardware & Veneers products.
- Generate current leads and identify upcoming residential, commercial, hospitality, retail, and other interior projects.




- Develop relationships at the architect and designer level and ensure company products are considered and specified in relevant projects.
- Track projects from initial enquiry and product specification through sampling, quotation, negotiation, order, and execution.
- Manage regular follow-ups with architects, clients, contractors, dealers, and project teams.
- Convert leads and project opportunities into confirmed orders and revenue.
- Coordinate with internal teams for product samples, quotations, pricing, availability, order processing, and deliveries.
- Develop and maintain dealer and channel relationships as required.
- Identify new markets, customers, projects, and business opportunities.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing, activities, and market trends.
- Maintain an updated database of architects, designers, dealers, contractors, clients, and ongoing projects.
- Maintain accurate records of meetings, leads, project status, quotations, follow-ups, and conversions.
