Finance Executive

Company: Zeon Electric Private Limited (Zeon Charging)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month (Based on experience and skills)

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and journal entries.
- Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and monthly financial summaries for management review.
- Perform bank reconciliations, vendor reconciliations, customer reconciliations, and monitor outstanding balances.
- Ensure timely processing of vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and other financial transactions.
- Handle GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and other statutory compliance activities, ensuring timely filing and documentation.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and government authorities whenever required.
- Monitor cash flow, fund utilization, and working capital requirements.
- Verify invoices, purchase orders, expense claims, and supporting documents for accuracy and compliance.




- Maintain fixed asset records and support asset capitalization and depreciation accounting.
- Prepare financial data and reports required for audits, management reviews, and business planning.
- Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records, financial documents, and compliance-related files.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and strengthen financial controls within the organization.

Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Hands-on experience with Tally ERP and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Financial Reporting, etc.).
- Experience in preparing MIS reports and management reports.
