Key Responsibilities
- Develop course materials, lesson plans, assessments, and learning resources in line with curriculum requirements
- Engage in research activities and publish in peer-reviewed journals
- Guide and mentor students in academic and research activities
- Participate in curriculum development, academic committees, and accreditation processes
- Contribute to seminars, workshops, conferences, and faculty development programs
- Perform administrative and institutional responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Human Resource Management / MBA (HR) / Management with a strong academic record
- PhD in HRM or Management (completed or pursuing) preferred
- Consistently good academic performance

Experience




- Freshers may apply
- Prior teaching, research, or industry experience in HR will be an added advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
