About the Role

We are looking for a Head of SEO Services to own the strategy, team leadership, and execution quality of this recent division. This role will be responsible for defining how SEO programs are delivered, coordinating technical SEO, content and link-building functions, maintaining delivery standards, and ensuring measurable outcomes for clients.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited for an SEO professional who can build strategy, lead teams, manage client relationships, and take ownership of results.

Key ResponsibilitiesSEO Strategy & Roadmap
- Define and evolve SEO strategies across all service/package tiers, from Starter to Custom.
- Develop SEO roadmaps based on client requirements and business objectives.
- Review SEO performance and continuously improve strategies based on delivery data.
- Participate in quarterly roadmap reviews and contribute to package and pricing refinement.

Team Leadership & Delegation
- Lead and manage the SEO Services team.
- Delegate work across technical SEO, content, link building, and account coordination functions.




- Balance team workload and capacity to ensure timely delivery.
- Identify hiring requirements and support the hiring and onboarding of the SEO team as the division scales.
- Build a high-performing team with clear ownership and accountability.

Execution & Quality Control
- Oversee the execution of SEO campaigns across client accounts.
- Provide final quality sign-off on client deliverables before they are shared with clients.
- Ensure SOP compliance across onboarding, monthly delivery, and quality assurance.
- Identify execution gaps and take corrective action to maintain delivery standards.

Client Management & Outcomes
- Take ownership of SEO client outcomes, including rankings, organic traffic, and revenue impact.
- Lead strategy calls and manage relationships for higher-tier Pro, Authority, and Custom clients.
