Position Overview
BharatCares is seeking a dynamic and proactive Project Coordinator - STEM Education Programs to oversee the implementation of STEM education initiatives across schools. The role involves program coordination, stakeholder engagement, trainer supervision, reporting, monitoring, and ensuring high-quality execution of project activities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Program Implementation & Coordination
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of STEM education programs across assigned schools.
- Develop project work plans and ensure timely execution of activities, milestones, and deliverables.
- Conduct regular field visits to schools to monitor program quality, participation, and outcomes.
- Ensure smooth coordination between trainers, schools, partners, and internal project teams.

Team Management & Capacity Building
- Mentor and support STEM Trainers in effective classroom facilitation and student engagement.
- Conduct regular review meetings and provide guidance to improve program delivery.
- Monitor trainer performance, attendance, reporting, and activity implementation.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team workplace.
3. Stakeholder Engagement & Government Liaison
- Build and maintain strong relationships with school principals, teachers, education departments, and local government stakeholders.
- Coordinate with school authorities for scheduling sessions, permissions, and program-related activities.
- Represent BharatCares in meetings, school events, and stakeholder consultations.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration among all project stakeholders.
