Experience: 5+ Years

Technical Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Property and Casualty Insurance (US) Domain Testing, ideally with exposure to the complete insurance lifecycle (new business, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, claims, and billing).
- Solid knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Lifecycle (STLC) with 3+ years of practical experience. Should have worked in Agile teams.
- Familiar with SDLC and STLC best practices, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Skilled in using defect tracking systems (e.g., Mantis, JIRA, HP ALM, etc.).
- Experience performing end-to-end testing across insurance processes, hands-on experience in manual configuration-based COTS Insurance software testing and data migration testing, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
- Proficient in SQL for writing complex queries, data validation, and manipulation.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, test design techniques, and QA best practices,



with up-to-date knowledge of industry trends.

- Exposure to real-time rating engines in the P and C insurance industry (highly desirable).
- Exposure to policy and billing testing is considered a strong plus.
