Key Responsibilities
- Outlet Design & Planning:
- Design layouts for recent café outlets as per brand guidelines.
- Prepare architectural drawings, floor plans, and 3D designs.
- Ensure proper space utilization for kitchen, service counter, and seating area.
- Project Coordination:
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project teams.
- Monitor construction work and ensure timely project completion.
- Conduct site visits and supervise work progress.
- Brand Standard Implementation:
- Ensure all outlets follow the standard interior and exterior design of the brand.
- Maintain uniformity in café design across all locations.
- Approvals & Compliance:
- Assist in obtaining approvals from local authorities when required.




- Ensure designs comply with safety regulations, fire norms, and municipal guidelines.
- Cost & Material Management:
- Estimate project costs and prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantity).
- Suggest cost-effective materials without compromising design quality.
- Renovation & Maintenance:
- Plan renovation and improvement of existing outlets.
- Identify structural or design improvements for operational efficiency.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
