Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and finalize financial statements in compliance with US GAAP / IFRS:
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes
- Perform detailed bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, and account analysis:
- Manage and oversee Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR):
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis:
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and documentation:
- Coordinate with international clients and cross-functional teams:
- Support internal and external audits and ensure audit readiness
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies:
- Identify process improvements and implement best accounting practices
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) - Mandatory:
- 6-12 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance (MNC preferred)
- Strong understanding of accounting principles & financial reporting standards:
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data analysis)
- Hands-on experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, or similar)
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- Comfortable working in night shift (US time zone)
