Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions.:
- Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews.:
- Coordinating interviews with hiring managers and clients.:
- Managing offer rollouts and onboarding coordination.:
- Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment.:
- Valuable knowledge of job portals and sourcing techniques.:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.:
- Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets.:
- Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment tools.:
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.:
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
