Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Marketing Manager responsible for handling end-to-end marketing, including influencer collaborations, social media growth, and paid ad campaigns across Meta and Google, telecalling if required.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, run, and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads
- Manage budgets, creatives, targeting, and scaling strategies
- Track performance metrics like ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversions

Influencer Marketing




- Identify and collaborate with gaming influencers & creators
- Manage outreach, negotiations, and campaign execution
- Track ROI and performance of influencer campaigns

Social Media Marketing
- Plan and execute content strategy for Instagram & YouTube
- Manage posts, reels, and engagement
- Write high-converting captions, hooks, and content ideas

Growth & Strategy
- Develop marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales
- Improve conversion rates and optimize funnels
- Analyze campaign performance and continuously improve
- Stay updated with trends in gaming, memes, and digital marketing

Qualifications
- Experience in performance marketing & paid ads
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Strong understanding of social media growth & content strategy
- Creative + analytical mindset
- Good communication and execution skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environmen
