Job_Summary:
Key_Responsibilities:
▪ Lead, mentor, and manage the digital marketing team, ensuring high performance and continuous development.

▪ Own the overall performance of digital marketing campaigns, with accountability for lead generation, customer acquisition, ROI, and revenue growth.

▪ Plan, execute, optimize, and scale marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google and other paid media platforms.

▪ Develop data-driven marketing strategies to improve campaign performance and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).

▪ Ensure accurate conversion tracking, attribution, event mapping, and reporting for both web and app campaigns.

▪ Monitor campaign performance, analyze marketing data, identify optimisation opportunities, and present actionable insights to leadership.

▪ Collaborate with product, design, sales, and technology teams to execute integrated marketing initiatives.

▪ Define team goals, monitor KPIs, review campaign performance,



and ensure timely delivery of marketing objectives.

▪ Manage marketing budgets efficiently and continuously improve cost per acquisition (CPA), customer lifetime value (LTV), and overall campaign profitability.

▪ Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, privacy changes, and best practices in digital and performance marketing.

Required_Skills

▪ Proven expertise in Meta Ads Manager, including campaign planning, optimization, audience building, retargeting, and scaling.

▪ Robust understanding of marketing metrics including ROAS, CPA, CPL, CAC, CTR, and conversion optimization.

▪ Experience with Meta Pixel, Conversion API, Google Tag Manager, GA4, Firebase Analytics, AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, or similar tracking and attribution tools.

▪ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.

▪ Experience leading and managing a digital marketi
