Position Overview:
The HR Shared Services Associate plays a critical role in ensuring that HR services are successfully delivered to employees around the world. This role requires a combination of solid technical skills, exceptional customer service, and an eye for the details. By leveraging technical HR and case management skills, this individual will manage HR transactions, resolve HR-related cases, and provide exceptional support for UPS’s global workforce.
- Manage HR transactions in Workday and drive system tasks to completion.
- Utilize the ServiceNow case management system to track, update, and resolve HR-related cases.




- Deliver comprehensive HR support for international employees.
- Escalate complex HR cases to appropriate parties, ensuring that all issues are addressed effectively.
- Deliver excellent customer service to all employees requiring assistance with HR transactions.
- Organize daily tasks efficiently, maintain a balance between scheduled tasks and emergent needs.
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills, ensuring that all tasks are accurately completed and within the assigned time frames.

Qualifications (Education & Experience):
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a shared services environment preferred.
- High level of attention to detail with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Capable of handling sensitive and confidential information.
