Position Over-View:
We are seeking a dynamic and personable Relationship Associate/ Admission Counselor to be the first point of contact for parents and prospective students.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Parent & Prospect Engagement
- Serve as the primary point of contact for parents and prospective students.
- Greet, guide, and inform visitors during school tours and open houses.
- Build rapport and maintain strong relationships with parents and guardians.

2. Admissions Support
- Provide accurate information on programs, curriculum, fees, and policies.

3. Coordination & Collaboration
- Work closely with academic, administration, and accounts teams to address parent queries.
- Maintain explicit communication between parents and school departments to ensure smooth operations.

4. Problem-Solving & Conflict Management
- Address concerns or complaints from parents promptly and professionally.




- Escalate issues to appropriate authorities when necessary while maintaining positive parent relationships.

5. Record-Keeping & Reporting
- Maintain records of enquiries, follow-ups, and parent interactions.
- Assist in generating reports on admissions trends and parent feedback.

6. Communication & Relationship Building
- Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Promote the school’s values and programs effectively.
- Act as a brand ambassador of the school in all interactions.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; experience in customer service, sales, or education is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-oriented under pressure.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Timings_:_ 9am to 6pm

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
