Key Requirement for the Position
Minimum Education Qualification: Graduation / Post Graduation from a reputed institution
- 4 - 5 years of experience in Retail banking / SME credit management
- Team player and inspiring the team members to achieve the goals
- Influential Communication in English and local languages
- Analytical skills and ability to process data on computer spreadsheets
- Comfortable in assessing clients without access to audited financials
- Understanding of risk and its various dimensions like operational risk, credit risk, market risk, etc
- Willingness and ability to travel within the city
- Portfolio Monitoring: Monitoring of the portfolio,



analysis of delinquent cases, client profiling, and data cutting
- Deviation Tracking & Delinquency Analysis: Tracking deviations and identifying any correlation between deviations and delinquencies
- Security Creation Process Management: Ensuring proper security creation process for all secured loans
- Portfolio Evaluation & Early Warning Monitoring: Evaluating the portfolio and highlighting any early warning signals
- KYC & Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring that all KYC guidelines issued by RBI from time to time are adhered to
