Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and client meetings.
- Build and maintain relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, Developers, Contractors, and Project Consultants.
- Identify and track upcoming residential, commercial, hospitality, and corporate projects.
- Conduct product presentations and client meetings to promote company offerings.
- Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable product solutions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into successful business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely deliveries.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and project updates in CRM.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.

Required Skills:




- Strong B2B field sales and business development experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build long-term relationships with clients and industry professionals.
- Valuable understanding of the construction, real estate, interior design, or building materials industry.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and site visits.

Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA in Marketing or Sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- 3-7 years of experience in B2B or field sales.
- Experience in Building Materials, Architectural Products, Premium Surfaces, Tiles, Marble, Stone, Furniture, Interior Solutions, Hardware, or Construction-related products will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹8,955.64 - ₹36,737.63 per month
