Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) at our Bengaluru center located on Sarjapur Road.





The Speech Language Pathologist will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and providing evidence-based intervention for children experiencing speech, language, communication, social communication, feeding, and swallowing difficulties.

Salary : Rs 40000 to Rs 65000 per month plus yearly bonus

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments.
- Develop individualized therapy goals and intervention plans.
- Deliver one-on-one and group therapy sessions.
- Support children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, Developmental Delays, Learning Disabilities, Speech Sound Disorders, and Social Communication Disorders.
- Maintain accurate clinical records, progress notes, and therapy documentation without fail
- Provide parent coaching, home programs, and caregiver guidance.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case discussions.
