About the Role

We're a Finance content producing high-volume digital content across YouTube, Instagram, and other social platforms. We're hiring a Video Editor & Graphic Designer — a hybrid creative who can cut a scroll-stopping reel in the morning and design a thumbnail or carousel that earns the click in the afternoon.

You'll own content from raw footage and brief through to publish-ready assets, working closely with creators, scriptwriters, and the social team. If you live on the timeline and in the design canvas alike, and you understand what makes content perform on social, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Video Editing
- Edit long-form videos, YouTube content, reels, shorts, and promos from raw footage to final cut.
- Handle pacing, cuts, transitions, color correction, sound design, music sync, and subtitles/captions.
- Add motion graphics, lower-thirds, animated text, and basic VFX to elevate storytelling.
- Repurpose long-form content into short-form clips optimized for each platform.

Graphic Design
- Design thumbnails, social media posts, carousels,



story templates, and channel branding.
- Create visual assets that maintain a consistent brand identity across all platforms.
- Produce static and animated graphics for campaigns, launches, and series.

General
- Interpret briefs and turn them into compelling visual content, often on tight turnarounds.
- Stay current on platform trends, formats, and what's driving engagement.
- Manage and organize project files, footage, and asset libraries.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2-5 years of hands-on experience in video editing and graphic design, ideally for social/digital content.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (or DaVinci Resolve / Final Cut Pro).
- Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator (or equivalent design tools).
- Solid sense of timing, composition, typography, and color.
- Understanding of platform-specific best practices (YouTube, Instagram Reels, Shorts, etc.).
