Key Responsibilities:
- Lead 3-4 projects simultaneously with a combined team of 10-12 billable resources.
- Own end-to-end delivery: planning, execution, quality, and client reporting.
- Participate in requirement analysis, feature breakdown, effort estimation, and timeline

planning.
- Create and review project proposals, statements of work (SOW), and technical

specifications in collaboration with business and engineering teams.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage deliverables, resolve blockers, and

ensure timely outcomes.
- Act as the primary client contact, manage escalations, and ensure proactive

communication.
- Drive risk management, milestone tracking, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and delivery oversight for all assigned teams and

projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 6-8 years of experience in project management within an IT services setting.
- Proven ability to manage 10-12 resources across multiple projects.




- Strong experience in proposal/SOW creation, feature estimation, and technical spec

documentation.
- Hands-on understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and modern delivery practices.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client escalation handling.
- Prior experience with US and European clients and global delivery models.
- Technical background (development, architecture, or solutioning) is preferred.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Trello.

Nice to Have:
- Certifications like PMP, CSM, or equivalent.
