Key Responsibilities
- Capture high-quality videos and photos across salon locations.
- Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and promotional videos.
- Edit videos for social media, advertisements, campaigns, and events.
- Cover salon services, customer transformations, staff activities, and special events.
- Plan and execute content shoots based on monthly marketing calendars.
- Add transitions, effects, subtitles, music, and graphics to enhance video quality.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to create campaign-specific content.
- Maintain and organize video footage and digital assets.
- Ensure timely delivery of content as per the marketing schedule.
- Travel to different salon branches for content creation when required.

Requirements:
- Experience in videography and video editing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software.
- Knowledge of camera handling,



lighting, framing, and audio recording.
- Understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and digital marketing trends.
- Creative mindset with solid storytelling abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

- Motion graphics and animation.
- Photography and photo editing.
- Social media content planning.
- Graphic design knowledge.
- Drone videography (added advantage).
