Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying and bidding on relevant projects through platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc.
-Prepare and submit custom proposals, bids, and cover letters based on client requirements.
-Coordinate with the technical team to understand service offerings and prepare accurate client proposals.
-Follow up with potential leads to convert them into business opportunities.
-Maintain records of bids, responses, and project pipelines.
-Assist in promoting staff augmentation and resource outsourcing services to global clients.

Requirements:
- 0-2 years of experience in business development, online bidding, or sales in the IT or software services domain.
-Basic understanding of freelancing platforms like Upwork,



Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.
-Robust written and verbal communication skills in English.
-Interest in IT services, outsourcing, and staff augmentation models.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field (MBA/BBA preferred but not mandatory).

Nice to Have:
- Experience with CRM tools like Zoho, HubSpot, etc.
-Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other lead generation tools.
-Previous internship or freelance experience in IT sales or online bidding.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
