We are looking for an energetic and responsible Branch Operations Manager who can take ownership of the overall functioning and performance of our New Washermenpet branch in Chennai.

Job Summary

The Branch Operations Manager will be responsible for the overall leadership and performance of the branch.

The person will act as the key link between the management, trainers, counsellors, students, and parents.

The role requires someone who can manage people, maintain customer relationships, monitor business performance, coordinate marketing and sales activities, solve operational challenges, and ensure that the branch consistently achieves its targets.





This is a hands-on leadership role and is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership and making things happen rather than simply following instructions.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Overall Branch Management
- Take complete ownership of the day-to-day operations of the branch.
- Ensure that the branch functions smoothly and efficiently.
- Coordinate with trainers, counsellors, administrators, and other team members.
- Ensure that all operational activities are completed on time.
- Identify operational challenges and take corrective action.
- Maintain discipline, professionalism, and a positive working environment.
- Ensure that the branch follows the systems, processes, and standards defined by the organization.

2. Team Management & Leadership
- Manage and coordinate the branch team.
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, productivity, and performance.
