Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline
- 5-7 years of experience in the FMCG/Food sector
- Strong market relationships and networking skills
- Ability to appoint and develop distributors/channel partners
- Experience in handling CSA operations
- Strong sales, negotiation, and team management skills
- Target-oriented with a proven track record of achieving business goals

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth and achieve regional business targets
- Develop and manage distributor and channel partner networks
- Build and maintain strong market relationships
- Identify current business opportunities and expand market reach
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Ensure smooth coordination with distributors, CSA, and internal teams

Salary: As per industry standards and experience.
