We're Hiring | Dispatch & Purchase Executive - ELV

Neetdeep Group: is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Dispatch & Purchase Executive to join our growing team.

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Experience: 1-2 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage purchase orders and procurement activities.
- Coordinate with vendors for quotations, order placement, and timely deliveries.
- Handle dispatch planning and track material deliveries to project sites.
- Maintain inventory records and monitor stock levels.
- Coordinate material requirements with project and site teams.
- Update procurement and inventory data using ERP software and MS Excel.
- Ensure accurate documentation related to purchasing, dispatch, and inventory.
- 1-2 years of experience in procurement, dispatch, or inventory management within the ELV industry.
- Knowledge of ELV products such as CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control, Video Door Phone (VDP), Networking,



and Structured Cabling.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced workplace.
