About the job:
Responsibilties:
- Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across channels such as social media, SEO, SEM, and paid ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
- Create reels for both client projects and in-house branding initiatives twice a week.
- Manage daily operations of social media platforms including posting, scheduling,responding to comments/messages, attending client calls and tracking engagement.
- Optimize website content for SEO, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and performance tracking with the team.
- Assist in creating marketing creatives (basic banners, posts, presentations) using tools like Canva or similar platforms.
- Track campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, platform insights, etc.) and prepare monthly reports.
- Support employer branding initiatives such as job posts, recruitment campaigns, and company announcements.
- Assist in organizing webinars, virtual events, and promotional activities.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools,



and platform changes..

Required Qualification:
- Solid understanding of social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook.
- Hands-on experience with social media management tools (e.g. Meta Business Suite).
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of paid advertising platforms (LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads).
- Proficiency in content creation, copywriting, and caption writing, basic knowledge of video shooting (angles, framing, lighting) with a creative mindset.
- Basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and digital marketing best practices.
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, and Meta Insights.
- Ability to create and manage content calendars effectively.
- Strong communication and coordination skills to work cross-functionally with HR,design, and leadership
