Execute chemical production processes according to approved procedures and production schedules.
- Monitor reaction parameters, process conditions, and equipment performance.
- Prepare and verify raw materials before production.
- Ensure compliance with Valuable Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Maintain accurate batch manufacturing records and production documentation.
- Perform in-process quality checks and coordinate with the Quality Control department for testing.
- Troubleshoot process issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Minimize production losses and improve process efficiency.
- Ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of production equipment.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and report shortages.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines at all times.
- Participate in process validation, continuous improvement, and cost-reduction initiatives.
- Train production operators on process requirements and safety practices when required.
- Assist during internal and external audits.
- Report production status, deviations, and incidents to the Production Manager.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
