Senior Finance Specialist - Contract to billing, JLL Marketplace - Gurgaon, Haryana.What this job entails: Responsibilities for the supplier side transactional accounting work for JLL Marketplace
Responsible for the calculation of monthly fee revenue (accruals) based on respective contract terms, rebate percentages and discounts
Responsible for the validation of all supplier fee reports and populate invoices for distribution; invoices will include contract % terms
Responsible for quarterly reporting in fee revenue
Responsible for the calculation of GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) and communicating to stakeholders
Responsible for the maintenance of the supplier's rebate files and distribution of these rebates.
