- Position: Business Development Executive (Real Estate)

- Experience:2-3 Years in Real Estate Sales / Property Consulting

Key Responsibilities

As a Business Development Executive, you will manage the entire property sales cycle,



from lead generation to deal closure:
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Proactively identify, reach out to, and nurture high-potential buyers and property sellers in the Kolkata market.
- Property Sourcing & Listing: Onboard new residential and commercial properties for rent buy/sell mandates, ensuring an active and accurate inventory.
- Site Visits & Consultations: Schedule, coordinate, and lead property inspections and site visits with prospective clients, highlighting value propositions effectively.
- Negotiation & Closing: Facilitate smooth negotiations between buyers and sellers, helping both parties reach mutually beneficial agreements to close high-ticket deals.
- Market Analysis: Keep track of local real estate trends, property valuations, and competitor activity in areas like New Town, Rajarhat, and Salt Lake to advise clients accurately.
